Using our demonstration, you can change the parameters
to see how the data can be filtered to target a specific group.
You can change the gender field to exclude either males or females. Simply
click on the arrow next to the Gender category. Choose either Male of Female
and the data will display the data for only the choice you’ve made.
Or filter the data by Diagnostic Group. Click on the arrow next to this
category. A menu of available options will appear. Click on one of the menu
choices and the display will filter out all other Diagnostic Groups. You
can then drill down to specific Diagnosis by again clicking on this category.
You may display the information in a pie chart by clicking on the pie
chart icon located in the lower tool bar:
Or you may wish to view the actual data numbers by clicking on the crosstab
view button:
Individual users can format the data in a way that is most useful to them.

it is to access the information in the format that best suits your needs.
